Can I mix colours and sizes in my pack?
Yes. Choose a three- or six-pair pack, then select Choose each pair. Each numbered pair has its own size and colour choices. Prefer one combination? Select Same size & colour instead. Your bag shows the actual pairs and quantities before checkout.
How do I choose a size?
Check the product's size information before ordering. If garment measurements are not available and you are unsure, contact the store rather than guessing. Opened underwear cannot be returned under the current hygiene policy.
What is the return policy?
Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened and in their original condition. Customers pay return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect. Read the full policy before ordering.
